Job description
Clio, a leader in legal AI technology, is seeking its first Director of Product-Led Growth. This pivotal role involves cultivating a new growth strategy, requiring hands-on, cross-functional collaboration.

As the inaugural Director of Product-Led Growth, you'll guide Clio's transition from sales-focused to product-centric growth across its diverse suite. This senior role demands expertise in developing metrics and the growth loop, as well as creating a culture of experimentation. Your leadership will shape the direction of growth initiatives and AI-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement PLG strategy and vision • Lead teams across acquisition, onboarding, and expansion • Own end-to-end growth funnel and decision-making • Foster an experimentation culture for rapid learning • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams

Requirements: • 10+ years in product growth within B2B SaaS • Proven transition from sales-led to product-led growth • Deep understanding of growth metrics and data analysis • Strong leadership of high-performing cross-functional teams • Experience integrating AI tools into growth functions
