Job description
Become a vital Finance Partner within a growing sales team focusing on North America Expansion Sales. Deliver financial analysis and business insights that foster informed decisions.

Reporting to the finance leader, your role will include collaborating closely with senior sales management and cross-functional teams to affect impactful financial outcomes. Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in financial planning, risk management, and strategic insight tailored to the complexities of sales operations. Your ability to communicate effectively will enhance alignment across various departments.

Key Responsibilities: • Actively engage in the annual business planning cycle • Support sales commissions and target accountability • Develop comprehensive reporting on sales performance • Lead presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews • Collaborate with various internal teams for process improvement

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business • CPA or MBA desired but not essential • At least 5 years of finance and business experience • 3 years in a sales finance support role within tech • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and financial software
