Le Lead QA sera responsable de structurer, implanter et améliorer en continu les pratiques d’assurance qualité au sein de l’organisation.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Mettre en place et structurer les processus QA à partir d’un environnement peu défini : cadres de test, flux de travail, conventions et documentation
• Définir et implanter des plans de tests adaptés aux spécificités de la plateforme
• Établir des « quality gates » clairs et mesurables dans les cycles de développement, tant pour les composantes logicielles que matérielles
• Planifier et exécuter des campagnes de tests couvrant l’ensemble du cycle de vie des produits
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement produit et de fabrication pour s’assurer que les exigences de qualité respectée
PROFIL
• 5+ années d’expérience en assurance qualité, en gestion de tests ou dans un rôle de leadership QA
• Expérience en QA matériel, électronique ou IoT (fort atout)
• Fortes connaissances en planification de tests, rédaction de cas de test et gestion de cycles de validation
• Connaissance des environnements mobiles (iOS/Android), des protocoles de connectivité sans fil (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) et des architectures IoT (atout)
• DEC en informatique, en génie électronique ou l’équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)
