Join Supra ITS: We Are Hiring PAN-India for Hybrid IT Roles at Our Atomic North Satellite Office in Chennai.

Supra ITS is expanding its India operations to support rapid growth in North America. We are hiring IT professionals across all levels from Trainees to Senior Engineers, Architects, and Managers, as we build a world-class global delivery team at Atomic North.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SUMMARY)

Manage incidents, alerts, and service requests

Troubleshoot systems, networks, and cloud environments

Perform monitoring, patching, and change tasks

Handle SOC monitoring and incident response

Lead teams, ensure SLAs, and manage escalations (for managers)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Hiring across:

0–2 years:

Trainees, L1

2–6 years:

L2 Engineers

6–12 years:

Senior Engineers, Leads

12–20 years:

Architects, Managers

Preferred: MSP/NOC/SOC backgrounds; certifications like Azure/CCNA/ITIL/Security+
