Job description
Lead vital bridge projects as a Senior Project Manager. Oversee engineering practices for municipal infrastructures while maintaining high-quality outputs and compliance with standards.

In this full-time role, you will support a dynamic team within the Structural (Bridge) Department, managing projects to fruition with meticulous attention to design, budgets, and overall profitability. A strong candidate will have substantial experience in bridge engineering, project oversight, and will work to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage structural and bridge engineering projects effectively • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards • Review accuracy of design drawings and calculations • Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders • Mentor junior engineers and support technical excellence

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in civil engineering with a bridge focus • Professional Engineer license in Ontario required • 7–10 years in project management for infrastructure • Proficient in preparing detailed structural designs • Experience with structural analysis tools and software
