A Day in the Life As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Volvo brand.
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
Maintain accurate and consistent follow-up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on Volvo features, technology, and market trends.
Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
