Job description
Lead as a Director focused on Equity, Diversity, and Accessibility Programs. Drive forward-thinking initiatives to create an inclusive environment for all university stakeholders.

In the Senior Lead role for EDIA, you will champion programs that enhance equity, dismantle barriers, and support an inclusive culture. Your responsibilities include implementing innovative strategies, evaluating program effectiveness, and interfacing with leadership on critical issues. Guide your team and the broader university community in fostering collaboration and engagement around EDIA goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee EDIA-related programming and initiatives • Facilitate the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee • Monitor and assess the impact of EDIA strategies • Advise on sensitivity and compliance matters • Manage projects and budgets effectively

Requirements: • University degree; preferred graduate level in a related field • Five years in EDIA strategy development and management • Strong analytical and data reporting skills • Proven project management experience with a track record of results • In-depth knowledge of social equity frameworks
