Job description
Elevate Bell.ca as a Mid-Senior Frontend Developer in Toronto, ON. Lead micro frontend architecture and guidance for feature teams while ensuring high standards in user experience.

In this contract role, you will architect and evolve Bell’s micro frontend platform. You will oversee standards for coordination, shared libraries, and state management while mentoring other senior engineers. Collaborating with Product, Design, and Platform teams, you will also facilitate effective CICD pipelines and promote frontend technical leadership across projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead architecture for micro frontend platform at Bell.ca • Define standards for shared libraries and routing • Implement shared state management and version control • Mentor senior frontend engineers in best practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for user experience

Requirements: • 8 years of experience with modern frontend applications • Expertise in React frameworks and micro frontend tooling • Strong understanding of performance and accessibility • Familiarity with distributed repo setups • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
