Job description
Elevate your career with Stantec as a Federal Pursuit Lead in Ottawa, Canada, guiding strategic proposal efforts for the Canada Federal Program Team. Your expertise will shape winning strategies and proposals that showcase the firm’s value.

In this senior role, you will manage all phases of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to align with business development objectives. Collaborating with leadership and pursuit teams, you will craft compelling, brand-aligned proposals while supporting client development and market positioning. Your ability to drive innovative strategies will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities: • Guide strategic pursuit and proposal projects from RFP assessment • Develop compelling proposals through creative content and graphics • Lead capture activities and competitor analysis for improved strategy • Collaborate with growth teams to integrate win themes across submissions • Ensure compliance with branding standards and client requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications • Over 7 years of experience in federal proposal management • Detail-oriented with exceptional time management • Proven skills in developing strategic win themes • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
