Relevant du vice-président – Ventes et expérience partenaires, le conseiller expert en assurance collective agit comme expert‑conseil stratégique auprès de la direction. Doté d’une vision intégrée et analytique, il accompagne la transformation du modèle opérationnel, pilote des initiatives transversales à forte valeur ajoutée et assure l’alignement des projets avec les objectifs stratégiques de Beneva. Proactif et mobilisateur, il anticipe les besoins d’affaires, navigue dans un environnement en évolution constante et formule des recommandations novatrices favorisant une performance durable, tout en conciliant contraintes budgétaires, dépendances complexes et création de valeur pour l’organisation et ses partenaires

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Jouer un rôle-conseil stratégique auprès de la haute direction afin de soutenir la mission de la vice-présidence;
  • Contribuer à l’évolution du modèle opérationnel et de gouvernance de la vice-présidence en cohérence avec les orientations corporatives.
  • Participer à l’optimisation de l’allocation des ressources humaines et financières pour maximiser l’impact des initiatives prioritaires.
  • Élaborer, recommander et faire évoluer des stratégies innovantes en adéquation avec les besoins du marché canadien et plans d’action alignés sur les priorités de la vice-présidence – Ventes et expérience partenaires.Maintenir active et à jour la réflexion stratégique, notamment par l’évolution continue des analyses (ex : PESTEL et FFOM)Contribuer à définir la cible Beneva à 5–10 ans et veiller à la cohérence des actions en lien avec cette vision.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les secteurs Ventes, Expérience partenaires, Opérations, TI, Données et Intelligence artificielle afin d’identifier et de maximiser les opportunités d’optimisation et d’innovation.
  • Formuler des recommandations stratégiques basées sur l’analyse des données, des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et des tendances du marché.
  • Soutenir l’amélioration continue de l’expérience partenaires en identifiant les irritants, les leviers de satisfaction et les occasions de différenciation.
  • Contribuer au déploiement et suivre les initiatives liées au programme de compétitivité en assurant une contribution mesurable à la performance globale.
  • Contribuer à amener notre outil de gestion des partenaires (CRM) au niveau de performance souhaité en assurant une adoption optimale et une création de valeur tangible pour les équipes.
  • Supporter le vice-président dans les présentations, allocutions publiques et participations stratégiques (articles, congrès, événements sectoriels) et contribuer à l’organisation et planification de la rencontre annuelle des Ventes.

Vos talents et vos qualifications :

  • Détenir un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en actuariat ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Posséder un minimum de dix (10) années d’expérience pertinente incluant une expérience significative en assurance et dans des rôles stratégiques liés aux ventes et à l’expérience partenaires.
  • Avoir une maitrise avancée de la langue française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches et d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou/et fournisseurs francophones et anglophones.
  • Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et capacité à établir des partenariats de confiance.
  • Leadership d’influence, sens politique et capacité à rallier des équipes multidisciplinaires autour d’objectifs communs.

The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications and experience.

Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Partners Experience, the Group Benefits Senior Advisor acts as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership team. Leveraging a strong analytical mindset and an integrated view of the organization, this role supports the evolution of the operating model, leads high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, and ensures alignment between projects and Beneva’s strategic priorities. Recognized for a proactive and collaborative approach, the incumbent anticipates business needs, navigates a dynamic environment, and provides forward-looking recommendations that support sustainable performance, while balancing financial constraints, complex interdependencies, and value creation for the organization and its partners.

Your responsibilities :

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership in support of the Vice Presidency’s mandate, cultivate strong relationships with our partners to promote retention, drive growth and transform every opportunity into lasting success.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Vice Presidency’s operating model and governance framework, in alignment with Beneva’s corporate orientations.
  • Participate in the optimization of human and financial resource allocation to maximize the impact of priority initiatives.
  • Develop, recommend, and evolve strategic orientations and action plans aligned with market needs and the priorities of the Vice Presidency – Sales and Partner Experience.Maintain a structured and evolving strategic perspective through ongoing analyses (e.g., PESTEL and SWOT).Contribute to defining Beneva’s medium- to long-term target state (5–10 years) and ensure the coherence of initiatives supporting this vision.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Experience, Operations, IT, Data, and Artificial Intelligence teams to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Formulate evidence-based strategic recommendations grounded in data analysis, performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the partner experience by identifying pain points, satisfaction drivers, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of initiatives related to the competitiveness program, ensuring measurable contributions to organizational performance.
  • Support the evolution and adoption of the partner relationship management tool (CRM) to ensure value creation and effective use across teams.
  • Provide support to the Vice President in the preparation of presentations, public engagements, and strategic contributions (articles, conferences, industry events), and participate in the planning and organization of the Annual Sales Meeting.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, including significant experience in the insurance industry and in strategic roles related to sales and partner experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, required for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships.
  • Demonstrated leadership by influence, political acumen, and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams around shared objectives.
