Job description
Drive analytics leadership to enhance service interactions across departments. Translate complex data into clear insights that improve client experiences and service delivery efficiency.

As a senior manager, you will oversee critical analytics functions within the financial services landscape. The role involves developing client-focused analytics, measuring service efficiencies, and collaborating with diverse teams to optimize service delivery. You will also guide compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead initiatives for client experience strategy development • Analyze and refine service journeys with key partners • Create scalable dashboards and reports for performance metrics • Act as a data governance advocate and expert • Cultivate a strong, inclusive team environment

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, or similar • 5+ years in a relevant analytics role in finance • Proficient in SQL, Python, and visualization tools • Strong communication skills for conveying insights • Understanding of machine learning concepts
