Job description
Drive inclusivity in skilled trades as the Project Coordinator. Lead community engagement, develop training, and improve workplace responses for marginalized workers.

In this full-time role, you will administer the Shift Change project within the Advocacy & Community Response department. Your primary focus will be on coordinating efforts to elevate the representation of women and gender-diverse individuals in trades. Collaborate with industry leaders and engage community participants to enact meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities: • Create prevention and response tools for stakeholders • Oversee bilingual and accessible material development • Gather qualitative and quantitative data from participants • Plan and execute inclusive training workshops • Document outcomes and develop final reports

Requirements: • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Experience in outcome-based program evaluation • Strong outreach skills with diverse communities • Proficient in data collection and analysis • Committed to equity and social justice initiatives
