Job description
Oversee a skilled mechanical team as a Team Lead focused on exceptional maintenance for multi-family units. Elevate team performance through mentorship and direct involvement in maintenance activities.

This position requires managing a dynamic team dedicated to achieving operational goals in residential communities. You will prioritize maintenance tasks and collaborate with site managers to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve performing inspections and resolving complex technical issues directly.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate a team of mechanical technicians • Ensure collaboration on maintenance activities • Prioritize work orders for urgency and customer satisfaction • Manage the closing of work orders and necessary paperwork • Provide expert technical guidance to resolve issues

Requirements: • Trade or technical certification preferred • At least two years of management experience • Strong commercial and residential maintenance background • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools • Ability to travel as required
