Job description
Elevate your career as a Remote Business Development Leader in the thriving insurance finance industry. Focus on new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships in the Greater Toronto area.

In this remote role, you'll take charge of developing new business through diverse strategies, including networking at industry functions and direct outreach. You’ll foster relationships with prospective agencies while optimizing existing connections to increase overall profitability. Effective communication of technology and service offerings will be essential for this role's success.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Forge relationships with agencies and brokerages • Strengthen existing client portfolios for better margins • Conduct needs assessments for clients and prospects • Articulate technology offerings to enhance customer engagement

Requirements: • 2-3 years experience in outside sales or relevant fields • Excellent communication and sales abilities • High self-motivation and positivity • College degree or equivalent experience • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office Suite
