Filter Assemblers / Production Workers

Position Overview:
We are hiring Production Assemblers / Floor Workers to assist with the assembly, handling, and packaging of air filtration products. This role is suited for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for long-term, stable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble air filters and related components according to company standards.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment is an asset (not required).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods - Fast pace production.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as needed.
