Job description
Join as a Program Director, driving enterprise technology modernization and overseeing significant initiatives. Manage governance, budget, and vendor relations in a healthcare setting.

In this pivotal role, you will direct large-scale technology programs, prioritizing workstreams that align both business and IT teams. Your proven track record in technology transformations and stakeholder management will enhance the capabilities of a dynamic organization focused on improving patient care. You’ll also design change management strategies that engage all relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs • Lead concurrent initiatives across business and IT functions • Establish reporting and evaluation frameworks • Drive risk and change impact management strategies • Collaborate on program design with cross-functional teams

Requirements: • 10+ years in large technology implementations • 8+ years in leadership of multi-stream programs • Experience with Emerging technologies and SaaS vendors • Certification in Agile methodologies or project management • Strong communication and leadership capabilities
