Writer and Editorial Lead

I’m hiring - for a role that's pivotal in telling Macquarie's global story.... We're looking for an exceptional writer who can creatively turn the unique and fascinating work we're doing around the world into topical, insightful and engaging stories for our digital channels. Playing a role similar to an internal freelance writer, we need someone who enjoys building and investing in relationships with a diverse range of fascinating people, who is editorially minded and knows how to uncover and tell the best stories, and who has proven experience writing professional long‑form content in a fast‑paced environment (journalism, for example). Editorial minded and an exceptional writer with proven experience in a professional environment such as journalism or content production Proven in producing written content in a range of digital formats - including web and blog articles, social media posts, video scripts, and digital screens Experience leading the creation of thought leadership content that aligns with business objectives and engages a digital audience Informed on current market trends and best practices and adept at using new tools, including AI, to enhance content performance Ability to use analytical insights to measure and improve the impact of content, ensuring continuous improvement Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and teams, adapt to different cultures and consistently seek to improve processes and outcomes.
