Job description
Champion guest experience as the Director of Guest Experience Training. Create and implement training strategies that ensure exceptional service and operational excellence in a luxury hotel setting.

As a strategic leader, your focus will be on enhancing team capabilities through targeted training programs and continuous feedback integration. You'll work closely with hotel leaders to address operational challenges while fostering a strong service culture. Your expertise in luxury service will guide all training efforts to ensure alignment with the hotel’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive training calendars and initiatives • Lead monthly training reviews and Service Excellence meetings • Analyze guest feedback for actionable insights • Support departmental training to ensure standards • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires

Requirements: • 5–7 years in a luxury hospitality leadership role • Experienced in training and service standards • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • Passionate about service excellence and people development
