Job description
Empower your HR career as a dedicated HR Business Partner. Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic talent solutions that promote employee engagement and business success.

In this HR Manager role, you will partner directly with senior leadership to align human resource strategies with business goals. Your expertise will drive succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives, enhancing organizational performance. Focus on using data analysis to provide recommendations and support a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with leaders to execute talent strategies • Provide guidance on talent management and organization design • Analyze HR metrics to reveal trends and opportunities • Present data-driven recommendations for senior leaders • Lead talent review processes for workforce readiness

Requirements: • 7+ years of HR experience in a partner role • Degree in HR Management or Business Administration • Professional HR designation is an asset • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Proven ability to influence and consult at senior levels
