What You will be doing

Leading, coaching, developing, and retaining a high‑performing sales team with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience.

Manage all aspects of store operations, by providing best‑in‑class service and solution‑based customer experiences to our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands including Rogers Mastercard.

Delivering on business plans to achieve regional and store‑level targets.

Representing Rogers and Fido brands in‑store and at local community events.

Your Qualifications

Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals.

Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive and deliver strong consistent sales results.

Leading a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration which strengthen team performance and contribute to overall store growth, results and performance.

You can provide 40 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.

To protect our people, brand and assets, a pre‑employment background check will be conducted. As part of our selection process, all candidates must clear a criminal/credit background check and ID verification. Previous employment verification may be required depending on the role.
