Lumiya Implementation Consultant | Full Time/Permanent | Location: Open Location – East Coast Canada

Due to continued growth and success, Vision33 is looking to complement our talented team with the addition of an Implementation Consultant. Given the location of our clients and the remote nature of the work, we are flexible on location.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Vision33’s solution, Lumiya—an AI-powered platform that automates business processes and enhances decision making across ERP systems. You will ensure a professional and seamless transition for customers, managing and configuring the software while training users on its effective use.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, from project initiation through to go‑live.

Manage and own all implementation activities while ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

Work closely with product team to deliver solutions that meet specific client requirements.

Support the preparation of scope of work documentation by providing task and time estimates.

Design and configure web-based components as part of the implementation process.

Provide feedback to internal teams based on project experience and client interactions.

Collaborate on process and documentation improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Create project documentation and act as a subject matter expert, including delivering end-user training.

Achieve individual billable utilization targets.

Qualifications

University degree or college diploma in an IT related field from a recognized post-secondary institution or relevant professional experience.

Technical background with experience in software implementation projects in a client facing manner.

Relevant experience with Procure to Pay and Sales to Order processes.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the desire to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Understand the importance of delivering value to our clients.

Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.

Ability and passion for learning new technologies.

Relevant experience in IT consulting and/or client consulting experience.

Familiarity with SAP Business One or ERP Software will be considered an asset, but not a necessity.
