About The Role Lead clinical and non‑clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care while fostering a culture grounded in our mission, vision, and values. The role is a key leadership position responsible for excellence in resident care, team engagement, and operational performance. It also includes a Christian ministry component, requiring alignment with Baptist Housing’s values, Statement of Faith, and a commitment to providing spiritual leadership within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support all team members within the community, fostering a positive, collaborative, and values‑driven culture
Model servant leadership and uphold Baptist Housing’s mission, vision, and values
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to support team development
Partner with People & Culture on recruitment, retention, and team engagement
Oversee the delivery of all long‑term care clinical programs and services, ensuring care meets the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of residents
Maintain compliance with professional, legal, and regulatory standards, supporting quality, accreditation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead day‑to‑day operations of the community, ensuring effective coordination across all departments, building strong relationships with external partners, and contributing to strategic initiatives
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets in collaboration with senior leadership, monitor financial performance, and support risk management
Promote a strong culture of workplace health and safety
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related health discipline preferred
Current professional registration in good standing (if applicable)
Minimum five years’ healthcare leadership experience
Minimum two years’ clinical experience in seniors care or gerontology
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Skills & Competencies
Collaborative servant leader
Effective communicator and relationship builder
Strong understanding of long‑term care and healthcare regulations
Leadership experience in clinical program oversight, quality improvement, and accreditation
Financial management experience, including budgeting and resource planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point Click Care or other healthcare systems

Competitive salary (hiring range $120,000 - $135,000)
