Support the Proposal Manager, Business Line Capture Managers, and other team members to coordinate proposal management activities and efforts to deliver high-quality bid submissions across various business lines, primarily Rail & Transit & Infrastructure, Housing & Buildings, and Energy & Resourcing
Coordinate the proposal strategy development, production of proposals and presentations, and leadership through the stages of the company Pursuits Process
Facilitate the proposal reviews to ensure the bid team stays on schedule, managing bid work-back schedules and task lists, and following up with bid team members on outstanding actions
Support proposal quality assurance and control efforts, working with the Proposal Manager to deliver a high‑quality and compliant bid submission, aligned with all Requests for Proposal Requirements
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external technical and consultant staff to foster ongoing development and coordination of documents
Work with the Proposal Manager to synthesize proposal materials into the final client‑ready bid package (proposal production)
Support the development and assurance of proposal style guides and consistency of our proposal material
Provide creative support for the design and production of targeted proposal documents
Maintain continuous improvement of the company digital proposal content library or knowledge hub by working with Subject Matter Experts and pursuits team leads in updating content (i.e., project “cut sheets”, past performance citations, resumes, methodologies, win themes)
Work collaboratively with the assigned Capture Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop and maintain project profiles, cut sheets, and key personnel CVs
Support the documentation of lessons learned, working with the Proposal Manager and Director of Project Pursuits to share best practices and lessons learned across all company business lines
Lead the development of high‑quality proposal templates (InDesign and Word) following the company’s branding standards
Complete any tasks assigned by the Proposal Manager in an efficient and timely manner
Onsite at delivery center : You will be onsite at our delivery center for the majority of your work hours.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal and bid coordination
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Arts, Graphic Design or equivalent
Keen eye for detail and adept problem‑solving abilities
Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
Equipped to work independently and as part of a team
Great communication skills and ability to prepare and facilitate meetings to achieve intended outcomes
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Desktop Applications, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI)
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience in the engineering or business consulting industry is an asset
Extensive capability in coordinating both Canadian and US public sector proposals is an asset
Proficient in using the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) as well as Visio, PowerPoint, and other software
Advanced skills in digital collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Office 365, and SharePoint
Exceptional people skills and ability to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders
Readiness to continue professional development to keep abreast of emerging technologies and knowledge, and working collaboratively with the technical teams to develop solution‑oriented and quality proposal narratives and content
Ability to arrange priorities and elevate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
Keen eye for detail and adept problem‑solving abilities
Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
Expert ability to work collaboratively and independently in a structured, disciplined, technology‑driven environment
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full‑time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
