Senior Brand Marketing Manager – DTC Product Marketing, Apparel & Lifestyle Job ID:

Drive ~20% marketing-driven growth (excluding new product growth) through strategic and tactical execution across channels
Own and execute marketing campaigns supporting ~120 product launches annually (30–40 product lines with variations), ensuring strong launch performance and revenue impact
Translate market trends, audience insights, and product positioning into campaigns that drive traffic, customer acquisition, and sales
Operate in a 60% execution / 40% strategy split—actively posting, launching, and executing while shaping longer-term marketing direction
Lead marketing-driven project management for launches: coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, product, e-commerce), aligning timelines, and ensuring delivery
Partner closely with internal teams including Brand Manager, Photographer, Associate, and external paid media contractors to execute campaigns end-to-end
Strengthen and expand Creator Warehouse’s external marketing channels (social, paid, SEO), leveraging but not relying solely on the internal YouTube ecosystem
Support the evolution of Creator Warehouse as a standalone brand beyond core content channels
Analyze performance of campaigns and launches, identify learnings, and continuously refine strategy to improve outcomes over time
Build structure, process, and repeatability into marketing workflows while maintaining speed and flexibility in a high-volume launch environment
Act as a senior individual contributor (no direct reports initially), with ownership and accountability for results and future team scaling
What you must have:
7+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on product marketing in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Background in apparel, fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle brands with a clear understanding of the target demographic and product positioning
Proven ability to execute and lead social-first campaigns (YouTube, YouTube Shorts, digital channels) that translate trends into measurable revenue growth
Strong marketing-led project management experience driving end-to-end product launches (coordinating teams, timelines, and go-to-market execution)
Nice to have:
Experience working with creator-led brands, influencer collaborations, or community-driven product ecosystems
Exposure to limited drops / hype-based product launches and high-volume release cycles
Familiarity with paid digital channels (Google, Meta, Reddit), SEO, and performance marketing collaboration
Experience helping build or scale an internal marketing function, moving from reactive to proactive planning
Salary/Rate Range:
$95,000.00 – $120,000.00
Other Information: Work Environment
Full-time, hybrid role based in Surrey, BC
3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Preference for candidates located in Metro Vancouver (Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford) with reliable transportation and reasonable commute
Fast-paced, high-output environment supporting frequent product launches and tight timelines
Collaborative team structure with a mix of in-house talent and external partners, with a long-term goal of building more capabilities internally
