Job description
Lead sales operations for AI infrastructure projects as an AI Infrastructure Sales Operations Lead. Manage CRM tools, support business development, and streamline sales cycles for data centre initiatives.

In this role, you'll ensure effective pipeline management and foster relationships across various stakeholders, including utilities and government teams. Your contributions will be pivotal in maintaining visibility in the sales pipeline and driving successful lead follow-ups while supporting site prospecting. This position demands strong skills in communication and organization, adaptable to an evolving operational landscape.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage CRM functionality and reporting • Execute follow-up strategies for leads and partners • Support COO with site prospect qualification and analysis • Coordinate logistics for road shows and events • Track and advance referral pipelines from partners

Requirements: • 4-7 years in sales operations or related fields • Proven CRM pipeline management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of AI and software tools for support • Familiarity with data centre selection criteria is a strong plus
