Job description
Drive strategic marketing insights as a Senior Director. Shape measurement frameworks that support client objectives and optimize marketing performance across channels.

As a senior analytics partner, you will engage with executive leadership to provide insights that influence marketing, retail, and social investment strategies. Your role includes applying advanced methodologies to improve brand positioning and evaluating influencer effectiveness through robust measurement systems. The focus will be on developing predictive models and metrics that inform business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Shape marketing strategies via data-driven insights • Design comprehensive ROI frameworks for optimal budget allocation • Manage end-to-end analytics for paid and social media • Identify emerging trends for innovation and planning • Lead a dedicated analytics team to foster excellence

Requirements: • 12+ years of analytics experience in marketing sectors • Advanced degree in relevant field preferred • Mastery of data technologies including Python and SQL • Excellent cross-functional communication abilities • Proven influence on senior stakeholders
