Major Accounts Manager

XCMG Canada Ltd.—part of the world’s Top 4 heavy equipment manufacturers—is entering the Canadian mining equipment market in a big way. We’re looking for a driven, well-connected Major Accounts Manager to lead the charge.

This isn’t just another sales role. You’ll be the leader in Canada, taking full ownership of the account, building relationships from the ground up, and playing a critical role in XCMG’s growth story.


🔍 What You’ll Do

As our Major Accounts Manager you’ll be the engine driving our entry and expansion in Canada. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from uncovering opportunities to sealing deals—and make a real impact in how XCMG becomes a trusted partner in sales.

Your focus will include:

🌍 Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities with contractors, and procurement teams.
  • Identify untapped prospects and turn them into long-term partners.
  • Own the full sales process, start to finish.

🛠 Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Ensure our solutions align with Canadian standards and customer needs.
  • Shape local sales strategies and engagement plans working in conjunction with the dealer network.
  • Provide field insights that influence our product and strategy decisions.

📊 Commercial Insight & Collaboration

  • Partner with leadership to set growth targets and guide forecasting.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and market positioning.

🤝 Customer & Industry Engagement

  • Represent XCMG at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Build lasting partnerships and be a trusted advisor in the business community.


✅ What You Bring

  • 5+ years of sales of Major Account experience is mandatory.
  • Strong connections within the construction Industry.
  • Proven track record of working independently and driving results.
  • Solid technical understanding of equipment and operations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset, and trusted industry reputation.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
