AI, Innovation & Developer Productivity

  • Encourage responsible adoption of AI solutions and concepts across platforms

  • Partner with architecture and innovation teams to evaluate emerging technologies

Business & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted technology partner to Product, Finance, Compliance, and Operations
  • Translate automotive finance business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Communicate clearly with senior leadership on:
    • Team health and capacity
    • Delivery risks and trade-offs
    • Technology investments and outcomes
