We have French-bilingual Collections Agent hybrid role based in London! This is a great opportunity if you enjoy helping customers find solutions, working in a structured environment, and being part of a company that values teamwork and professionalism.
2 days a week in office, locations- Barrie or London, training in office for the first 2-3 weeks.

Responsibilities:
– Connect with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss and resolve outstanding balances
– Use your French and English language skills daily when speaking with customers and working with internal teams
– Work with customers to set up realistic and compliant payment arrangements
– Keep account details up to date by accurately documenting interactions and actions taken
Requirements:
– Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
– At least 2 years of banking or financial industry experience
– Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred
– Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
– Comfort using collections tools, systems, and standard computer applications
