Gestionnaire de la formation sur le terrain – zone (Canada). Le titulaire du poste veillera à ce que nos équipes de vente distribuées disposent des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires pour réussir.
Relevant de la direction de la formation des ventes et soutenant directement les initiatives régionales, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie et la résolution de problématiques d’affaires par le développement ciblé des compétences et le transfert de connaissances. Votre expertise contribuera à assurer la pertinence et le réalisme de nos programmes et formations.
Il s’agit d’un poste permanent à temps plein, en mode télétravail, nécessitant des déplacements fréquents.

This position is ideal for an experienced field sales professional to join the North America Learning & Development team as
Area Field Training Manager (Canada), ensuring our distributed sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to win.
Reporting to sales training leadership and directly supporting area initiatives, you will play a key role implementing strategy and solving business problems through targeted skill development and knowledge transfer. Your expertise will ensure our training programs and courses are relevant and realistic.
This is a full-time, remote position that will require frequent travel.
Responsabilités du poste
Collaborer avec la direction des ventes sur le terrain, les parties prenantes et l’équipe d’excellence commerciale afin de déployer des initiatives de formation adaptées aux réalités locales
- Utiliser les données et indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) pour repérer et prioriser les besoins en développement des compétences, suivre les progrès, analyser l’efficacité et présenter les résultats à la direction commerciale
- Travailler en partenariat avec les gestionnaires afin d’élaborer des plans de développement des connaissances et des compétences pour les membres des équipes
- Accompagner les gestionnaires de territoire ciblés lors de déplacements (3 à 4 jours par semaine) afin d’offrir du coaching et d’identifier des occasions de formation transférables à plus grande échelle
- Agir à titre d’expert de contenu et offrir des conseils dans le cadre des initiatives de marketing et de formation
- Gérer le programme de formation sur le terrain (FST) assigné, incluant la stratégie et les initiatives connexes
- Participer aux appels hebdomadaires régionaux et de zone
- Fournir de l’intelligence terrain afin de soutenir l’analyse des besoins et l’évaluation de l’efficacité des formations
- Développer et soutenir des initiatives visant à assurer la cohérence des messages et l’utilisation des ressources

- Collaborate with field sales leadership, stakeholders, and commercial excellence to deliver localized training initiatives
- Use available data and KPIs to identify and prioritize skill development opportunities, monitor progress, analyze effectiveness, and report results to commercial leadership
- Partner with managers to create knowledge and skill development plans for team members
- Co-travel with targeted Territory Managers 3-4 days per week to provide coaching and identify scalable training opportunities
- Provide guidance to marketing and training initiatives as a subject matter expert
- Manage assigned FST program, strategy, and initiatives
- Assist with weekly area and regional calls
- Provide field intelligence to assist in needs analysis and training effectiveness
- Develop and support efforts to ensure messaging and resource use consistency
Profil recherché
- Formation : Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente dans la vente de dispositifs médicaux dentaires
- Expérience : Minimum de 6 ans d’expérience en vente sur le terrain avec des résultats démontrés
- Compétences : Vente, leadership en ventes, coaching, développement de la performance, aisance avec les données
- Communication : Excellentes capacités de communication à tous les niveaux de l’organisation et aptitude démontrée à influencer avec ou sans autorité; fort sens des responsabilités et capacité à se responsabiliser soi-même et les autres afin d’atteindre ou dépasser les attentes
- Travail d’équipe : Capacité démontrée à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets avec des échéanciers serrés dans un environnement dynamique et inclusif

- Conception pédagogique, analytique de l’apprentissage, administration de plateformes LMS / de formation

- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in dental med device sales
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in field sales experience with documented results
- Skills: Sales, sales leadership, coaching, performance development, data fluency
- Communication: Demonstrated skills at all stakeholder levels and proven ability to influence with and without authority; Strong sense of ownership, holding self and others accountable to meet/exceed expectations
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects in a fast-paced, inclusive team environment

Pay Transparency
If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
