Maintain strong knowledge of Controls Service Agreement base; quantify and target opportunities based on deep customer knowledge. Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements. Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer’s HVAC system design and installation requirements. Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership. Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location. 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Science degree. ~ Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $No Sales Commission Eligible: The actual compensation will depend on elements such as seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
