Job description
Securiguard Services is currently looking for Tactical Security Guards to join our team in London. Our mission at Securiguard is to make people feel safe. As a security professional, you'll contribute to the safety and security of students, staff and stakeholders by enforcing provincial and municipal regulations, enforcing college policies and procedures, controlling access to site, reporting any hazards or security breaches and responding to incidents.This is a great opportunity for those looking to advance their career in security.Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:Valid Ontario Security LicenseStandard First Aid & Level C CPR with AEDValid Class G Driver's License with clean driving record1+ year of tactical security experience and/or a diploma in the field of security or law enforcementExcellent communication skillsComfort with two-way radio communicationApproaches situations with a listening mindset and empathyCapable of standing and walking for a duration of up to 12 hoursAbility to problem solve, and use discretion with good judgementShares and adheres to our values - REACH (Respect, Empathy, Accountability, Courtesy and Honesty)We offer:Extensive TrainingExtended Health Benefits (subject to benefit waiting periods)Recognition Programs & EventsOur recruitment and selection process does not involve the use of artificial intelligence or automated decision-making systems.
