As the first point of contact, the Virtual Parts Person plays a critical role in understanding the customer’s needs and providing them with solutions. To do this, we need customer service champions with knowledge of all things parts!
Note: This is a fully remote role that requires senior‑level parts knowledge.

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.
