You’ll ensure programme information is accurate, current, and visible across the organisation, enabling strong decision‐making and disciplined delivery.You’ll support structured delivery by maintaining portfolio documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating reporting cycles, and assisting with governance forums. Working closely with the Head of Change and the Strategic Portfolio Office Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring transparency, consistency, and execution across Heartland’s transformation initiatives.You’re a great communicator, with strong organisational skills. With a keen eye for detail you work quickly.You’re a pro with experience in:* Providing coordination or governance support within programmes or portfolios* Maintaining reporting packs and dashboards for senior stakeholders* Working within structured project or portfolio management environments* Experience in financial services or regulated industries (desirable)* Structured reporting and documentation capability* Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously* Strong time management skillsHeartland is an NZX/ASX-listed financial services group with big growth plans.
