Job description
Enhance real estate operations as a proactive General Manager. Execute strategic objectives and manage resource allocation on-site, ensuring all operations align with organizational goals. In this key management position, you will play a vital role in establishing and directing major departments within the organization. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you’ll oversee staff selection, delegate decision-making authority, and implement performance evaluations. You will also represent the organization in various negotiations and official capacities. Key Responsibilities: • Allocate material and financial resources strategically • Establish major departments and senior staff roles • Formulate policies and approve organizational programs • Represent the organization in negotiations • Execute performance reviews for managers and staff Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of managerial experience • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proven ability to handle administrative controls • Capacity to mentor and delegate effectively Steer real estate operations forward with your strategic insight and effective management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
