Spraggs Business Advisory Inc. is the consulting arm of Spraggs Group Holdings Inc., a multi-entity professional services and technology group based in Coquitlam, BC. The Advisory business delivers fractional executive and consulting services to small and mid‑sized businesses across Canada, with a growing US presence anchored in the Pacific Northwest.
The Advisory business sits at the intersection of two significant growth drivers. First, as a standalone professional services practice with its own client base and revenue targets. Second, as a feeder and conversion channel for Vistera, the group's AI‑powered business co‑pilot platform launching commercially in August 2026. This is a growing, evolving business with strong backing and meaningful opportunity for the Managing Director to shape its future.
The Role
The Managing Director of Spraggs Business Advisory is the general management leader of the practice, with accountability for growth, client success, and team leadership. This role oversees P&L ownership, delivery excellence, client relationships, team development, Vistera integration, and expansion into the U.S. market.
It’s a rare opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader to step into full business ownership and shape a growing, high‑impact professional services practice with strong organizational backing.
