What You’ll Be Doing
As an AI Product Owner, you’ll lead the design and integration of intuitive, human-centred experiences for AI-powered products and solutions. You will collaborate with end-users, developers, data scientists, and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions that solve real-world problems. You’ll own the end-to-end design process and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our AI product suite.

How You’ll Succeed
Lead AI Product Design: Own the end-to-end design process for AI products, from initial discovery and conceptualization to detailed UI/UX design, prototyping, and user testing.
Translate AI to Solutions: Bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and intuitive user interfaces. Design how users interact with, understand, trust, and train AI systems.
Facilitate Discovery & Optimization: Conduct user research tailored to AI products, understanding user needs, mental models, trust factors, and expectations. Translate insights into actionable design opportunities.
Prototyping & Iteration: Create wireframes, flowcharts, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and test concepts rapidly. Iterate based on feedback and technical feasibility.
Define AI Interaction Patterns: Develop and advocate for new design patterns and best practices for interacting with AI systems, focusing on explainability, controllability, error handling, feedback loops, and personalization.
Design System Contribution: Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the AI product suite.
