Scott Venturo Rudakoff LLP ("SVR Lawyers") is looking for two (2) intermediate legal assistants/paralegals to join our team. SVR is a mid-sized law firm located in Calgary, Alberta. Our firm was founded in 1986 and strives to maintain the positive aspects of a small firm environment that encourages team and social interaction between staff and lawyers.
A successful candidate is a self-starter with high attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and exceptional organizational skills that effectively support 2 or more lawyers with busy practices. Condominium law experience would be considered a strong asset for one (1) of the positions, but is not a requirement.

Duties:
- File and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case records
- Provide administrative and organisational support to lawyer(s)
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain case management systems
- Assist in drafting and proofreading legal documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Prepare and distribute legal correspondence and documents

The Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Legal Administrative Diploma from an accredited institution is an asset
- Legal Assistant Experience: 3 years minimum (required)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal software applications
- Experience with Unity and/or NetDocs is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Current resident of Calgary, AB or surrounding area
