Job description
Lead strategic financial initiatives and reporting as a Director of Finance. Foster team development while managing financial operations in a hybrid environment. This temporary, full-time role emphasizes your leadership in financial reporting and operations oversight. You will collaborate closely with executives to align financial strategies with business goals, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the organization. Mentorship and continuous process improvement will be key components of your leadership. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and report on key financial statements and drivers • Enhance internal controls and accounting processes • Partner with management on strategic financial initiatives • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation • Lead the coordination of financial system migrations Requirements: • 7+ years of relevant finance experience; 5+ years in leadership • Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred • Strong technical and leadership capabilities • Excellent communication and teaching skills • Advanced knowledge of accounting systems and Excel Drive financial improvements while mentoring your team and optimizing financial processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
