Job description
Elevate finance operations by managing large-scale transformations, focusing on EPM and advanced analytics. As a Senior Manager, synergize technology with finance functions for impactful results. This role is crucial in leading finance transformation efforts that are tailored to client ambitions and quantitative outcomes. You will engage with senior finance leaders to evaluate current practices, inform software selections, and define strategies for future finance operations. Expertise in designing governance structures, risk management, and delivery quality is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee finance transformation initiatives from design to implementation • Conduct maturity assessments and recommend improvements • Drive vendor selection processes and tech implementations • Monitor project financials and uphold quality standards • Build relationships with senior finance professionals Requirements: • 8-10 years in finance transformation and consulting • Deep knowledge of EPM platforms like OneStream • Expertise in FP&A and Record-to-Report processes • Strong analytical capabilities with technology focus • Leadership experience in building high-performing teams Your role will be integral in shaping finance transformation through advanced analytics and robust EPM solutions that drive success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
