Job Description
The Design Specialist will own communities undergoing copper retirement, with end‑to‑end responsibility for ensuring every circuit has a clearly defined migration path to fibre. This role involves analyzing and managing multiple circuits per portfolio, building scalable frameworks for circuit‑level migration, and triaging issues when circuits fall out using address‑level and system data. The specialist will create and maintain comprehensive community migration plans and work cross‑functionally with network engineering, access planning, construction PMO, and customer‑facing migration teams to translate network data into executable build and migration strategies.Required Skills & Experience
• 5 years of experience in telecom network design, planning, or deploymentNice to Have Skills & Experience
