Job description
Shape a high-performing security and infrastructure team as a Director. Drive the development of reliable, scalable systems while embedding security within product workflows to enhance team autonomy. This pivotal leadership position will enable you to redefine how security and infrastructure function within a tech environment. You will oversee the transition from traditional support roles to dynamic platform enablement, enhancing agility across engineering teams. Your strategic direction will ensure that security and compliance become seamless aspects of team operations, allowing for rapid product iterations without compromising safety. Key Responsibilities: • Strengthen platform reliability for product teams • Integrate security directly into delivery processes • Enhance system resilience and reduce service disruptions • Improve executive visibility into risk management • Foster a culture that views security as an enabler Requirements: • 8+ years in security and infrastructure management • Expertise with cloud-native solutions and Kubernetes • Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols • Experience leading teams through transformation • Relevant security certifications are a plus Champion a culture of speed and security by developing robust infrastructure that seamlessly supports engineering teams' goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
