Job description
We are a loving family based in Edmonton, Alberta, looking to hire a full-time, live-out nanny for our infant. We need someone who is nurturing and experienced in caring for young children. In addition to infant care, we would appreciate help with housekeeping and meal prep. Your ability to maintain a clean and organized environment will be valued as our household can be quite busy. I am a full time nurse working days/nights/evenings/weekends/week days 12 hour shifts (I usually do 3-5 shifts a week) and my partner works out of town mostly. On his days off you wouldn’t be required to work. We do have a spare room where you could sleep on the overnight shifts. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable with overnight care on occasion and can provide pet care when needed. If you love animals, that would be a great bonus for our family. We have an Australian shepherd/husky and he is a the biggest sweetheart. I usually walk him once a day. As a caregiver, it is vital that you are trained in CPR and have a genuine love for working with children. We offer a competitive wage of $20 per hour.
