Role Title: Expert Operations Process Consultant – Lean Green Belt

Line of Business: Commercial Lending Operations

Contract duration: 12 months (high possibility of extension)

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days in office and could increase)

The selected candidate will be leading in a matrix environment but not managing people

Job Description

Two key areas of focus:

• Work with internal Process Specialists and SMEs to implement the bank's Commercial Lending Operations in executing the first year of a multi-year improvement plan. Focus is on Straight Through Process, Process Simplification, and Improved Data Integrity via the implementation of emerging technologies such as AI and Robotic Process Automation.
• Work with Project Delivery and Lending Operations’ Senior Leadership on the development of subsequent years’ initiatives.

Must Have Skills:

• Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Subject matter expertise in required business domain - In-depth.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
