Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Support solution design, data mapping, and system integration activities.
• Analyze payment transaction data to identify risks, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Understand payment processing workflows, system architecture, and application dependencies.
• Develop use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and business continuity requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support, user training, and stakeholder communication.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance requirements analysis, documentation, testing, data analysis, and process improvement activities.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Strong experience with payment applications, including wire processing (SWIFT and FED), and knowledge of ISO standards.
• Strong data analysis skills, including SQL.
• Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production implementations.
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Jaspersoft, Tableau) is an asset.
• Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to support analysis, documentation, testing, reporting, or process improvement activities.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within financial services, banking, payments, treasury services, or cash management environments.
• Experience working with payment modernization initiatives and ISO migration programs.
• Familiarity with reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and modern integration platforms is considered an asset.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.
