ROLE SUMMARY: The Sales Capabilities Manager drives sales effectiveness by building the skills, strategies, and tools that accelerate business growth. This role partners with sales leadership and cross‑functional teams to develop high‑impact training, leverage performance insights, and strengthen market execution within the beverage alcohol industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and deliver sales training focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and market trends
- Identify capability gaps using sales performance data and field feedback
- Partner with leadership to support sales strategy development and execution
- Analyze results to recommend practical actions that improve sales performance
- Coach sales leaders and teams to drive continuous improvement
- Bring frontline insights back to inform commercial and marketing strategies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience developing sales training and capability programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and sales metrics
- Clear, persuasive communication and strong relationship‑building skills
- Proven coaching ability and a passion for developing sales talent
- Bilingualism is an asset
