We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to lead our digital and traditional media investments, ensuring consistent top-of-funnel demand generation and lead flow aligned to business goals.
This is a data-driven and results-oriented role responsible for driving consistent lead generation through paid media channels, including SEM, paid social, display, and emerging platforms. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns daily to achieve weekly and monthly lead forecasts — balancing performance with efficiency and ROI.
You’ll have direct ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and budget management, and you’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and content teams to align lead volume with business needs and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation & Media Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon ads, OpenAI, YouTube, Display, etc.) to meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Own and manage company’s paid search accounts — including keyword strategy, ad copy testing, bid management, and quality score improvement.
- Paid Social Advertising: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on all existing social platforms as well as test new ones to drive qualified traffic and leads.
- Budget Management & Forecasting: Manage daily and weekly campaign budgets to align with forecasted lead demand. Adjust allocations dynamically to maximize ROI and maintain consistent lead flow.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and conversion data daily, analyzing key KPIs such as CPA, CPL, and ROAS. Deliver actionable insights and trend analysis to leadership.
- Testing & Optimization: Continuously test new channels, ad formats, audiences, and creative to identify cost-effective growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign creative, messaging, and lead quality align with business goals.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of market cost trends, platform updates, and competitive shifts — proactively adjusting strategy to maintain efficiency.
- Consistent achievement of forecasted weekly and monthly lead volume.
- Optimized media spend delivering strong ROAS and efficient CAC.
- Timely, data-backed adjustments keeping campaigns on track and on budget.
- Valuable insight provided to leadership regarding trends and market dynamics.
- Strong collaboration with marketing peers, ensuring a unified, high-performing customer acquisition funnel.
Key Qualifications - 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing or digital media management, with a strong focus on SEM and Paid Social.
- Proven success managing media budgets directly through Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and optimization techniques.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign reporting, forecasting, and ROAS/CAC modelling.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills — able to align strategy with creative, content, and sales teams.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Looker, etc.) and Excel or Sheets for performance tracking.
- Proactive, adaptable, and driven to continuously improve results and efficiency.
- Comfortable working hybrid.
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
