Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and complete full-cycle recruitment organization wide.

Identify and engage passive talent.

Research new/ trending recruitment and sourcing strategies/methods.

Maintain an internal resume database.

Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend.

Responsible for administrative duties, including HR filing systems, documentation, other tracking and reporting processes.

Support payroll and benefits administration as needed, ensuring compliance and timeliness.

Responsible for policy and procedure development, implementation, and updates in line with company expectations and legislation.

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and workplace matters.

Support and foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through engagement and retention initiatives.

Lead and manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

Manage employee offboarding processes, including terminations, ensuring internal records are kept up to date Responsible for conducting and recording performance reviews company wide.

Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs.

Conduct HR analysis related to performance, retention and time/ attendance tracking.

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements: College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Previous work experience in Human Resources; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset.

Previous experience with engaging passive talent.

Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset.

Strong communication skills are required.

Strong relationship management skills are required Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.

Attention to detail in all areas of work.

Position Details: Type: Full-time, On Site Location: Scarborough, Ontario Purpose: Existing Vacancy Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 / annum This compensation represents the Company’s current anticipated range for this position. Actual compensation offered may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.
