JOB OVERVIEW

The Guest Services Representative is the first point of contact to both our internal and external customers. They will be responsible to provide a high level of Customer Service to our visitors, staff and the public.
This role is a casual position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HOURS OF WORK
This position will typically be reporting for 2-3 days or 16-24 hours per week. Working from 9am to 5pm, between Tuesday - Saturday with flexibility required for events and additional coverage. Potential for additional hours during peak summer season.
This is a new and evolving role, other tasks and duties may be assigned by the Executive Director.

SALARY
The wage band is CFE Salary Band 3, $18.75 to $23.28 per hour. The expertise and technical skill level of the candidate is assessed during the selection process for placement within the band.
