We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) within our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and supply chain systems, with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance inventory management and cross-functional collaboration.
This role will own the Warehouse Management product roadmap and partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap
• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for WMS solutions aligned with the company's supply chain strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of current warehouse processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define and maintain a clear product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect customer and business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
• Facilitate discovery workshops and capture end-to-end user scenarios, including edge cases and exceptions.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and specifications for development teams.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and business within the development process, balancing priorities and trade-offs.
Product Delivery & Agile Leadership
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams through product discovery, development, and delivery, ensuring incremental value with each release.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to validate solutions against requirements and ensure high-quality releases.
System Implementation & Integration
• Oversee the deployment and optimization of WMS solutions to enhance inventory management workflows.
• Partner with technical teams to integrate WMS with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end process flows using documentation tools such as Confluence and draw.io.
Testing, Quality Assurance & Change Management
• Develop testing strategies and acceptance criteria to validate product functionality, particularly around inventory movement and warehouse execution.
• Support pilot launches, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design and implement change management strategies for successful adoption across business units.
Must Have
• 4–10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning into a Product Manager role, with strong exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven experience in WMS implementations and distribution-based warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and inventory lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to Have
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Retail, eCommerce, or CPG industry experience.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder alignment.
